Ian is the founder and owner of The Overlook. He oversees daily operations and takes an active role to help residents on their path to recovery. He draws from his personal experiences overcoming addiction to help residents create their own balanced plan of recovery. While Ian found sobriety through a combination of holistic practices and a 12-step program, he supports all pathways to recovery. He is a passionate and active participant in the recovery community and tries to give back wherever he can. Prior to founding The Overlook, Ian worked in financial services for over 20 years helping businesses grow and streamline their practices. Ian graduated from Tabor Academy and Middlebury College and received his graduate degree in Entrepreneurship and Business Management from Babson College. He is also a CCAR trained recovery coach. He has four awesome children who light up his life every day!

Rob manages the recovery coaching program and team at The Overlook. With over a decade of recovery experience, Rob helps clients put together comprehensive, individualized programs of recovery. Rob is CCAR certified as a trained recovery coach whose knowledge and passion help others to find their path to a lifetime of sobriety. Rob's also LADC 2 certified. As an addiction counselor, his experience helps him guide men through the "rocky road" of early recovery. Rob is a Scituate native and raised his family on the south shore. With help from family, friends and fellowship, he hopes to continue his march towards continuous sobriety and to help others on their journey.
LINDA S. GARVEY-DICKEY
Linda is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor, a Certified Problem Gambling Specialist and Clinical Advisor for The Overlook. For over 25 years she has counseled teens, couples, families, and adults in areas of addictions, recovery, co-dependency, low self-esteem, trauma, spiritual discontent, mid-life crisis, grief, loss and relational difficulties. She empowers her clients through a strength-based model of treatment which includes: mindfulness, cognitive/behavioral, psychodynamic, psychoeducational, EMDR, DBT, Expressive Therapy and other modalities as fits the client and the situation. She embraces the Humanistic philosophy which honors the growth potential in all human beings.

In a client support role, Danny brings a positive energy to The Overlook House and exemplifies what the power of fellowship, community, and the gifts of sobriety look like. He provides coordination and guidance to help motivate and encourage clients as they navigate life in recovery. Danny has a background in hospitality management and first-hand experience as a long-term former client at The Overlook House. In his time off he loves playing golf, spending time with family, and is finishing his college degree.
