The Overlook's exclusive and private setting is located just 20 minutes south of downtown Boston, with easy access to commuter rail, Logan Airport and major highways. We are also a 5 minute drive to the Blue Hills Reservation offering hiking, biking, fishing, and many other outdoor activities.

 

The house is an early 20th century estate set on two acres.  The residence offers spacious bedrooms and bathrooms, multiple living rooms, a recreation room, a large kitchen and common space, dining room and multiple indoor and outdoor areas for quiet reflection.
