HOW THE OVERLOOK IS RESPONDING IN THE WAKE OF COVID-19
The Overlook House is open and accepting new clients. We are an essential service to the health and well-being of sober members in our community. During this unique and challenging time, we are following the exacting measures outlined by the CDC to maintain client safety and do our part to protect public health. Our procedures and rules will be updated regularly in response to the pandemic and in order to meet the individual needs and concerns of our clients and staff.
Our house, clients’ rooms, and common areas are disinfected more frequently and throughout the day, per CDC guidelines.
Our staff follows recommended CDC precautions for those providing essential services and we educate our clients to ensure the safety and comfort of each member of our community.
Due to our large residence and our exclusive sober living environment, we are able to maintain social distancing requirements, while at the same time providing exceptional sober coaching and 1-on-1 support.
During this time, only clients and essential staff will be allowed on-site at The Overlook House.
Our structured, client driven programs will proceed uninterrupted; our goal is to provide a safe place to stay sober and help build a solid foundation for long lasting recovery.
